I studied music, drama and dance at the University of Birmingham, and continued my singing training in Berlin and London.
I have sung all over the UK and toured the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
In addition to appearances with English National Opera, Welsh National Opera, English Touring Opera and Grange Park Opera, I am in demand as a recitalist, having performed numerous solo concerts around the UK with works ranging from Lieder and English Song to Cabaret songs.
Oratorio performances include Verdi Requiem, Beethoven Missa solemnis, Britten Spring Symphony, Mozart Requiem, Handel Dixit Dominus and Vivaldi Gloria.
In 2015 I scripted, directed and performed in a new comedy opera show; Enchantment, which premiered at the Corpus Playroom in Cambridge.
I am also the Musical Director of two community choirs – Singing Allowed Cambridge and The Impingtones
